The Parents Teachers Association (PTA) of the Grace High School, Gbagada, Lagos, has protested against the school’s directives that students preparing for the forthcoming West-African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSE) of West African Examination Council (WAEC), should be lodged in hotels to enable them to meet up with the examination’s time table.

Kunle Adewale, has received a rare international recognition in the United States when the Mayor of Cincinnati declared August 2 as “Kunle Adewale Day” in recognition of his contribution to the United States in both fields of Arts and Medicine. The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) has awarded a grant to Abuja-based Konexa for a feasibility study that will evaluate Nigeria’s access to reliable, privately generated renewable electricity.
