Egypt restarted international flights and reopened major tourist attractions including the Great Pyramids of Giza on Wednesday after over three months of closure due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Nigeria, Africa’s most populous country, became the third African country to record over 10,000 cases of COVID-19. The milestone was reached on May 31 when 307 new cases took its tally to 10,162.
The Association of Hospital and Administrative Pharmacists of Nigeria says cannabis is the most commonly abused drug with an estimated 10.8 per cent of the population said to have used it in 2019.
